New Years Day Practice with Rita Burlingame!

Move forward with intention. Through this practice we make space for positive energy in the body, release negative and undirected energy, and create stillness and clarity in the mind.  

The first half of this workshop will be a gentle hatha, suitable for yoga students of all ability levels.  The sequence will cultivate a link between the breath and movement, as well as create space in the hips and spine for a comfortable seated practice. The second half of the workshop will be on Cultivating Intention for the New Year, with a brief writing exercise and guided meditation on the future that we'd like to create.
