There are well over a thousand documented poses in the 5000+ year old discipline of yoga and yet we all have moments of stagnation in our practice. Sometimes, you just need to find that special something to spark your interest once again!
Did you know that “new” asanas are actually evolving all of the time? This “extra” class will introduce a selection of these fresh poses to infuse your practice with a sense of play and adventure.
Class will begin with an invigorating flow session to open hips and shoulders, lengthen the long muscles of the body, and create suppleness in the spine. From here, we will have yoga play time with the introduction of fun, new asanas! Some yoga experience is recommended. Bring an open mind and your sense of humor!!
