These workshops are for one sole purpose: taking care of yourself. The time consists of restorative poses, Yin style postures, and Thai bodywork adjustments. Only open to eight participants!
This workshop will focus on twisting through the spine in restorative and yin styles with hands on adjustments and thai bodywork. Twists are known to be great for a healthy back, effective on the nervous system, the abdomen and therfor the mind. Twisting can help us through changes and fluctuations of this unpredictable season.
