Mindful Movement IV: Proprioception and Dynamic Movement
This four part series will examine different aspects of somatic awareness in our yoga practice, allowing time to pause and observe as we move mindfully through asana and meditation.
Our final session will explore how building our interoceptive and proprioceptive awareness allows us to move mindfully into our more dynamic poses. We will finish each session with a body-scan focused Yoga Nidra, allowing us to experience this deeper embodiment in both movement and stillness. All levels welcome.
