Mindful Movement II: Interoception and Breath Awareness
This four part series will examine different aspects of somatic awareness in our yoga practice, allowing time to pause and observe as we move mindfully through asana and meditation.
Our second session will focus on awareness of the breath: how the way we breathe shifts from pose to pose in our practice, and how to use the natural momentum of the breath to move more fluidly. We will finish each session with a body-scan focused Yoga Nidra, allowing us to experience this deeper embodiment in both movement and stillness. All levels welcome.
