Each class in this four-part series will explore practical applications of a yoga practice for four different common needs.
This series came together with the consideration that we will be ending our summer and getting back into the flow of going back to school and work, while also soon approaching a holiday season, over the next few months. This would be an excellent series for teachers.
I'd like to meet on a Sunday night, where you can take some time for yourself to center and practice before starting your week.
Each Sunday we will learn a certain breathing practice, a yoga sequence, and a mudra that all tie in to our theme. We will end with sound bath, the tones of singing bowls during svasana. Each student will be provided a workbook and print-outs to take the practice home and apply it into their every day.
