This introductory class will explore basic abdominal anatomy (skin,
fascia, muscles and organs) and the importance of regular self care.
Participants will learn a basic abdominal massage sequence that they
can use on themselves or with family members to improve digestion and
elimination, and decrease stress, fatigue and overall muscular and
emotional tension."

This type of self care can relieve sufferers of reflux, bloating, gas,
diarrhea, constipation and other digestive woes. It can also soothe
the nervous system which may be overtaxed due to holiday eating, work
and relationship stress. Practice empowers folks to regain control of
their health and emotional well-being through abdominal massage.

Regular abdominal self care can significantly reduce chronic neck,
back and abdominal pain as well as the symptoms associated with PMS,
IBS, Crohn's, leaky gut, anxiety, depression and fibromyalgia.
