Find a balanced way to celebrate the abundance of the seasons with this Yin Yoga monthly sequence. 

Gentle, longer held poses help to restore us mentally, energetically and internally.
Designed to help us unwind as we stretch and stimulate the connective tissue of the body including that of the digestive tract. 

As we awaken the Yin aspects of ourselves, with an attitude of compassion and acceptance, we will work the Meridians (energy channels) within the body that correlate with each of the seasons.
