In this workshop, we’ll explore alignment, weight distribution, and how the placement of the foot supports the structure of the entire body. We’ll also learn strengthening exercises, mayo-fascial techniques, and a few DIY foot massage tools to empower you to maintain happy, healthy feet. This workshop is particularly useful for those suffering from issues such as plantar fasciitis, bunions, and chronic foot cramps. All levels welcome.
