Yoga can carry so many benefits for so many reasons. When we begin to understand how to slightly alter or modify the practice in order to tend to our needs we find that an entirely new layer opens up, revealing how particular postures or breathing styles sincerely make a difference in our life.
This workshop will focus on intelligent ways to practice during your cycle. We will learn a sequence of particular postures that you can take home with you. This sequence is relatively therapeutic and can be extremely helpful for the general discomfort and shifts that arise during this time. Through learning this sequence, you will also easily understand the "do's and don'ts" that you can keep in mind during group classes.
