Treat Yourself: A Myofascial Release workshop with Rita Burlingame

This fascia-nating workshop focuses on learning how to use deep restorative stretching and specific self-massage techniques to keep the body healthy and in balance. The fascia is our body’s support system. It is the glue that holds us together and wraps every muscle, bone, nerve, organ and cell. 

When the fascial system is healthy: we stand tall, move easy, and breathe deep. When the fascial system is restricted: abnormal posture leads to pain, muscle spasm, and over time can increase risk for injuries and illness.

$40 : price includes 3 self treatment tools and an educational work book to continue this practice.
