Post-Thanksgiving Yin Yoga Workshop with Michelle Warren

Find a balanced way to celebrate the abundance of the season with this Yin Yoga sequence that has gentle, longer held poses that help to restore us mentally, energetically and internally.

This sequence is designed to help us unwind as we stretch and stimulate the connective tissue of the body including that of the digestive tract. 

As we awaken the Yin aspects of ourselves, with an attitude of compassion and acceptance, we will work the Spleen/Stomach Meridian as well as the Liver/Gallbladder Meridian.
