Finding Balance : "Lying Down Meditation" with Mira Binzen

 

iRest® Yoga Nidra, sometimes referred to as "lying down meditation" or guided relaxation, is a research-based transformative practice of deep relaxation and meditative inquiry. Research has shown that iRest® Yoga Nidra effectively reduces insomnia, chronic pain and chemical dependency.  People using iRest also report:

This workshop is taught as a guided meditation.  Students can expect to lie down or sit comfortably with props during the practice.  It also includes an explanation of the practice beforehand and time for questions after.   The workshop is being led by certified iRest® teacher, Mira Binzen, E-RYT.
