Tools for the Winter Blues with Sarah Stevens

Winter is hard on all of us as we bundle in layers of wool and down. It's easy to talk ourselves out of moving much at all, but luckily we need only shuffle ourselves over onto our mats to start feeling better.

We'll explore a variety of exercises: asanas, pranayamas, and guided meditations designed to invigorate the nervous system and give you more energy and focus. We'll also discuss how to incorporate these exercises into a home practice, ensuring that you can shake off the desire to hibernate before ever leaving your bear cave.
