6AM YOGA with Rita Burlingame : Wednesday's June 5th- August 7th
In the morning our mind is fresh and clear- we have the power to choose how we start the day! According to Ayurveda, the health science of yoga, we are most alert when we wake before 6 am.
Vata is the element of wind (breath), and the energy of creativity (flow), and flexibility (mental & physical). Early morning is the perfect time to practice to set the pace and energy of our day.
Practice will consist of warm ups, sun salutation, and a few passive yin releases. Doors open at 5:45am, class starts at 6:00am. Show up in your PJ's and bring your coffees...you CAN do it.
10-week series sliding scale $50-$150.
