Restore (all levels): For deep relief of stress and tension. Postures are practiced with the support of props such as bolsters, blankets and chairs. This greatly soothes the nervous system and increases the capacity for deep breathing.Highly recommended.

Vinyasa (all levels)
Though typically associated with more physically demanding classes, "Vinyasa" simply means that postures and movements are linked with the breath. We will move through a gentle flowing sequence that provides a moderate full body workout and stretch. We will pay special attention to the neck & shoulders, lower back, and core - these are the areas that are most stressed by our culture of sitting. Class will conclude with a guided relaxation that will free you from tensions of the body and stresses of the mind.
